File Name, Image Size & Resolution Requirements
Last name and first name initial followed by a numeric starting with 001 and then incrementing additional images by 1.
Examples: smithj001.jpg, smithj002.jpg, smithj003.jpg, …
Image Resolution: 72 dpi
Image Size: Maintain photo aspect ratio and set
1800 pixels on the long side for LANDSCAPE Images
1200 pixels on the long side for PORTRAIT Images
Sharpening: Sharpen for Screen, Standard Amount
Watermarking: No Watermarks or Names on images
Exporting Images
LIGHTROOM
1. Select 'EXPORT' under the 'FILE TAB'
2. Set Photo Parameters, see below
3. Use Naming Convention for File
4. Click 'EXPORT'
ADOBE CAMERA RAW
1. Select 'EXPORT' under the 'FILE TAB'
2. Set Photo Parameters, see below
3. Use Naming Convention for File
4. Click 'SAVE'
PHOTOSHOP
1. Select 'EXPORT' under the 'FILE TAB'
2. Select 'SAVE FOR WEB (LEGACY)'
